Shipping and Returns Policy
Unless otherwise indicated on the individual product page, the item is in stock and available for shipping.
Products will be shipped after we receive verification that payment has been made.
If for some reason you desire to return an unused product for a refund, please contact us in advance for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). We will refund you the cost of the product, but not the cost of shipping for returning the product back to us.
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please keep all shipping materials and product together and contact us immediately. We will contact the carrier to start the claims process. Once the carrier takes responsibility for the damage, you will have the option of receiving a replacement product (assuming the same model is still available) or a refund.
